Duties and Main Responsibilities:

• Help managers complete daily tasks (e.g. implementing new policies)
• Attend trainings conducted by company to understand the company products and industrial knowledge as well as company culture
• Understand each department’s (e.g. Marketing, Sales) daily processes and goals
• Provide administrative support
• Participate in company’s strategic planning
• Keep track of business revenue
• Research ways to increase profitability
• Create and give presentations
• Observe the market news and competitor’s activities
• Perform other duties assigned from the management team

Job Requirements

Job Requirements:

• Good command of Chinese and/or English is a plus
• Strong verbal and written presentation skills
• Effective communication skills
• High sense of job responsibilities
• Proven ability to work under pressure and to reach goals
• Bright, confident personality, well presented
• Flexible and mature approach with ability to work unsupervised
