• Supports business development, operations analysis, implementation and application of trading metrics and methodologies and the monitoring and reporting of business exposures.
• Executes accurately according to project plan and is able to clearly articulate roles, project goals, and timelines.
• Work independently & proactively with international team members.
• Must have personal and professional integrity and always strive for excellence.
• Establishes responsible deadlines and personal work plans and manages time effectively.
• Proactively carries out project support /administrative functions.
• Collects and consolidates required information and data.
• Takes input from supervisor and it able to appropriately apply comments/feedback.
• Adheres to project standards defined by project management.
• Accurately employs our methodology and documentation tools.
• Ad hoc tasks assigned by the top managements.

Job Requirements

Job Requirement:

• Recent graduates from top university or candidates with relevant experience are welcome.
• University diploma & post graduate degrees; Business, or Economics preferred.
• Fluent in English, Mandarin or Cantonese.
• Excellent communication skills.
• Must be adaptive to ever changing business environment.
• Initiative, flexible and be a fast learner.
• Possess leadership qualities.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications including Word, Excel and word processing.
